Geez. No good deed goes unpunished. I can't wait to see how Aragorn gets out of this mess. I'm hoping he doesn't get out of it with his disguise intact.

You have no idea how much that made me laugh evilly. Hope you enjoy this chapter, then ;)

It might not be helping the King's headache but I bet the drunk wakes up with a worse one.

Author Reply: *grin* How true, how true! Hangovers and head bumps are much worse ;)

Yay, Aragorn gets to play the hero! Faramir matched Arwen fairly well, but I wonder what she is going to do now (I would not underestimate her creativity at all). Hmm, Arwen was exaggerating, right? when she said Aragorn was as reckless as he was 70 some years...
No, playing hero really is not good for headaches! (I hope a headache is the worst that will come of it.) *Worried*

Author Reply: I like Aragorn playing the hero. ^^ Such a guilty pleasure.

Well, Faramir certainly thought she was exaggerating; I have yet to consult Arwen about it, since she is still slightly peeved... Aragorn would certainly agree with Faramir ;)

OH I hope I don't have to wait long...

Really enjoying the story and the characterizations are wonderful!

Poor Faramir, I hope he doesn't feel too much guilt if anything bad happens.

Author Reply: Well, thank you! I'm glad you like the characterizations ^^

Aragorn is having one of those Very Bad Days!

Author Reply: LOL! You know those days are the funnest to drop on loveable characters! ;)

I might have guessed that Aragorn would somehow find himself in trouble!

I like your characterisation of Elessar, Arwen & Faramir.

Poor Faramir - Aragorn did leave him in a bit of an amkward situation!

Hugs,

Author Reply: Well, thank you! I'm so very pleased you like their characterizations, that makes me so happy.

I must admit, it's fun putting characters in awkward situations ;)

There is good reason at times for rulers to do a bit of snooping about incognito and on their own. One DOES learn things, after all!

Author Reply: Oh yes, certainly.

And while spies are useful to a point, it's just so much more fun to send the actual big-guy to do his own snooping... at least, if the big cheese is King Elessar ;D

Oh, he owes Faramir big time, doesn't he? Hee! Save he's getting more ill by the moment at this point!

I have my own ideas of what the Citadel would be like in my head, and have been a bit put off Fonstad's books by what I've heard said by others. But am interested in what you have done with it all, of course.

Author Reply: Fonstad's books are a good resource if you have absolutely no clue about geography and/or are too lazy to find everything in the books themselves ;) In the end, I do like her interpretation on Minas Tirith.
