| I am truly grieved to hear of Fiondil's passing; I'd hoped that the lack of update was just because of a power loss due to the storm or something like that... It's funny how you can become attached to someone you've never met, but after reading his clockwork-like postings of wonderful stories over the past 6 years, well, it hurts. I found that his insights into Divine and human nature often prompted me to consider things in a different way; some insights were truly life changing for me. To all those who are working to continue posting his work, thank you so much, and my very sincere condolences for your deep loss. | |

| I had a horrible feeling that he had passed when he didn't update or respond to email. God bless and keep him. I can't even begin to say how much I've come to respect and care for him in the last few years. I wish I could send condolences to his family. | I'd like to express my thanks to Ellie and Alassiel for giving us the sad news, and for making the rest of Fiondil's beloved story available. And thanks also to Nilmandra and daw for facilitating it. Making his last work available is a great tribute to him. I hope that he knows somehow that people will still be enjoying his work for a long time to come. It's not a bad legacy to leave. | |
