Biography:   I started into this fascinating world by writing an essay about gender and Tolkien fanfiction writers, then began writing fanfiction myself. My first short story set in Rohan grew into a 92 page gapfiller, and then I simply kept on writing. I'm a big culture and resources buff with a penchant for writing about more obscure characters and time periods, but also my dear, underrepresented-in-fanfic Dwarves. **edit 4.26.06** I've spent a lot of the past 2 years writing primarily Harry Potter, but I'm thoroughly enjoying delving back into my Tolkien roots, currently with a focus on Gimli. Many scenes focus on ordinary people in Rohan and what their lives were like "off-screen" from the main storylines during Lord of the Rings.
